Fruit boats are those tropical-looking and totally Instagram trendy things that seem over the top but are actually very easy to make and very healthy. They instantly make you feel like you’re on holiday, and while they are the ultimate summer food, they’re actually best to eat in winter. 

Papaya is full of Vitamin C, A and E as well as being rich in antioxidants. They carry more Vitamin C than your average orange or citrus fruit, making them the best fruit for boosting immunity. So eating a delicious immunity boosting fruit boat for breakfast, helps you stay healthier.

What you’ll need:

1 papaya half
1 kiwi fruit 
3 strawberries
Blueberries
Greek yoghurt

How to make it:

Step 1:
Scoop the papaya seeds out of your half with a spoon. 

Step 2: 
Fill the space with as much greek yoghurt as your heart desires. 

Step 3: 
Cut up the fruit, grab a handful of blueberries and place them pretty on top of the yoghurt.
Voila!
