The use of the Website and these Terms are governed by the laws in the State of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia and their respective courts of appeal.

Definitions
Related Body Corporate has the meaning given to that expression in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Representatives of an entity include directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors of that entity.
