Delivery & Exchanges

DELIVERY

We aim to have your order picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. 


Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays or orders placed after 12pm EST Fridays. We aim to process orders made at these times within 24-48 hours from 9am the following business day.

These times may vary depending on factors outside of our control. If your order has not been dispatched within 96 hours from 9am on the next business day following your order, please contact our customer service team using the link below.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Slimtum are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Slimtum uses trusted first class delivery partners globally including FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, StarTrack, Kureneko Yamato, Hanjin Express and SF Express. An item is deemed to be delivered when the courier has marked the item as delivered. Once the item ordered is delivered to the address provided by the customer, Slimtum denies any liability for delivery or fulfilment. 


EXCHANGES

Slimtum offers free return shipping for size exchanges on our waist trainers for first time customers and subject to the conditions (1 - 4) below.

  1. Returned items must be shipped to Slimtum by the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. A size exchange form must be printed, filled out and included with the return shipment.

  2. A notification must also be sent to Slimtum using the contact form within 7 days of receiving the order including the original order number, the requested size exchange and the tracking details of the return shipment.

  3. All items must be unused (except for fitting) and in original condition.

  4. Exchanges and returns are always subject to approval by Slimtum.

    Slimtum will process the return and notify the customer, subject to the above conditions being met, of acceptance within 5 working days (AEST, Victoria, Australia) of receiving delivery.

    Dispatch and delivery of replacements will be made following processing according to our delivery policy above.

    PLEASE NOTE we do not offer return labels or pay for the return shipping of items to us. We provide local warehouses in each market so as to minimise the cost of shipping returns and increase our service levels, however, we do not provide return labels.
