Infused water is the trend that keeps on giving. They’re pretty and a delicious way to stay hydrated. Some people even find it easier to stay hydrated this way.
But we won't complain, if that’s the way you’re able to get your recommended daily amount of hydration, then that sounds good to us! We're all about staying hydrated.

The morning detox drink | Cucumber & Lemon
Ah yes, the old "lemon water" favourite. Lemons are a great source of Vitamin C and antioxidants which can help boost your metabolism. Perfect for the morning!
The energy booster drink | Grapefruit & Mint
Grapefruit is probably the most super of the superfoods out there. High in every vitamin ever, fiber and energy, adding grapefruit to your water is an easy way to include it in your diet.

Okay, so we’re going to cheat a little on this one and give you an infused water recipe that’s WAY more effective than just adding fruit to water…

The post-workout drink | Raspberry & Rosemary
Raspberries contain specific antioxidants that protect cells from damage and help muscle recovery after a workout. Plus, water helps with recovery too. So this one is a great post-workout drink.

The dessert drink | Pineapple & Coconut Water
We could sit here and tell you the benefits of pineapple but let’s be real, it’s just delicious and would make a great drink to have while you’re eating dinner or for dessert. There’s nothing better than that!
